The first is for your contact information and the second is for your clients so that we may gain access to their account and begin the Audit.


You can provide the information for your clients or have them provide it directly by directing them to this unbranded Welcome Page. This is for intake only. Any questions to us by your client will be responded to with a note to contact their account manager directly (you).

Add User to GBP from the "new" dashboard search:
✓ Login to GBP: https://business.google.com/
✓ Select your business if you manage multiple profiles
✓ Click the 3 vertical dots at the top right of the dashboard
✓ Select "Business Profile Settings"
✓ Click "Managers"
✓ Click +Add
✓ Add: 5852473857 (it will say Optimize GMB)
✓ Role - Manager
Reviews

Reviews will be responded to as noted in your Month 1 Audit. Any 3 star and below will be sent for additional information before posting a response. What email address should it be sent to?

Images will be added to your GBP account every month and cannot be stock images per Google Guidelines. If you do not post original content that is not stock content on your social media accounts, you will need to provide 10+ images per month to be added to your account. These do not need to be professional images. Using your cell phone to quickly snap some photos works perfectly. You'll want to get photos of your office, interior and exterior, and your staff.

Provide us with access to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts.
